100 Chalk Farm Road will deliver 264 student bedrooms with dedicated amenity spaces, 30 affordable homes, and nearly 11,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Hard demolition works will continue on-site throughout March, and scaffolding installation along the main roadside is now complete.
