100 Chalk Farm Road will comprise 264 student bedrooms with amenity space, 30 affordable homes, and nearly 11,000 sqft of commercial space.
February signifies the start of the hard demolition works on site. The first phase of the works (parking demolition) began on 3rd February 2025. Erection of the scaffolding at the main road is also under construction.
The first community meeting was held in December at the Roundhouse. It was good to see some of our neighbours there. Our next meeting is scheduled for the 4th March. If you are interested in attending, please come along to the Roundhouse for a 3pm start.
