100 Chalk Farm Road will deliver 264 student bedrooms with dedicated amenity spaces, 30 affordable homes and nearly 11,000 sqft of commercial space.
All documentation is now complete and temporary welfare installation is underway. Piling rigs will arrive in early November, with piling scheduled to begin from 10th November. A full list of Q4 milestones is available in the green box.
