100 Chalk Farm Road will deliver 264 student bedrooms with dedicated amenity spaces, 30 affordable homes and nearly 11,000 sqft of commercial space.
Temporary welfare installation and high-level piling are now complete. Piling works at low level are progressing well, alongside pile cap installation across both high and low levels. Roundhouse fire escape scaffolding is also underway as the project moves into the next phase of construction.
