100 Chalk Farm Road will deliver 264 student bedrooms with dedicated amenity spaces, 30 affordable homes and nearly 11,000 sqft of commercial space.
Temporary welfare installation is now complete, and piling and pit lane works are progressing well. Low-level piling, gantry scaffolding at the main pedestrian area, Roundhouse fire escape scaffolding and site office gantry works are currently underway. Block D sheet piles and piling at high level have now been completed.
Our latest community meeting was held in December. It was great to meet everyone and discuss matters related to the development.
