December Update – 100 Chalk Farm Road

Located next to the Grade II-listed Roundhouse, this development will deliver 264 student bedrooms with dedicated amenity spaces, 30 affordable homes, and nearly 11,000 sq ft of commercial space, alongside significant public realm improvements.

Designed in collaboration with DSDHA, the scheme consists of four buildings, reaching up to 12 storeys, with three distinctive drum-shaped elements. The striking façade, featuring horizontal bands and fluted panels, reflects the area’s historical character. A shared podium-level garden with play space will be accessible to both residents and students. The project is committed to achieving BREEAM Excellent, with a target of BREEAM Outstanding, and aims to be one of the first UK Purpose-Built Student Accommodation developments to receive WELL Platinum accreditation.
