100 Chalk Farm Road will deliver 264 student bedrooms with dedicated amenity spaces, 30 affordable homes and nearly 11,000 sqft of commercial space.
Temporary welfare installation is now complete, and piling works are progressing well across the site. Pit lane works are also underway, with completion scheduled for December.
